Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
This Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, free trials, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled for Entro. By starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using any paid features of Entro, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.
This Policy should be read together with our Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Free Trial
Eligible subscriptions include a free trial equal to the first billing cycle.
- Monthly subscriptions include the first month free.
- Annual subscriptions include the first billing cycle free before the annual subscription begins.
- No payment is collected during the free trial.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the free trial ends without being charged.
Unless canceled before the free trial expires, your selected payment method will automatically be charged on the first day of your paid subscription.
2. Subscription Plans
Entro offers Free and paid subscription plans. Current plans, features, usage limits, and pricing are displayed on the Pricing page and may change from time to time.
3. Automatic Renewals
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize Entro and our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, to automatically charge your selected payment method for each renewal until your subscription is canceled.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Entro Support. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after your current billing period ends.
- Canceling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund for payments already processed.
- After your paid subscription expires, your account automatically returns to the Free plan.
- Landing pages created under your account remain available but become subject to the Free plan's limitations, including Entro branding and feature restrictions where applicable.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
5. Account Deletion
Deleting your account is different from canceling your subscription. If you only wish to stop future billing while keeping your landing pages, cancel your subscription instead of deleting your account.
If you delete your account:
- Your subscription will be canceled.
- All associated account data, landing pages, revisions, analytics, and other content will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be successfully processed, we may retry the payment method. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded until payment is successfully received.
7. Changes to Plans or Pricing
We may update our subscription plans, features, or pricing from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing periods. Where required by law, or where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice before material pricing changes take effect.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Entro after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
