1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Entro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Entro is a SaaS platform that builds a website for a business from its Google Maps listing, using AI. The Service includes:

  • Website generation from a Google Maps listing, or from a blank site you fill in yourself.
  • AI-powered page editing via natural language prompts.
  • Hosting on an entro.work address.
  • Custom domain connections (paid plans).
  • Built-in analytics and SEO tools.
  • Version history and revision management.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans and Payments

  • Free preview: a site you build stays live for 14 days on an entro.work address, with an Entro badge. Nothing is deleted when the preview ends: the site stops answering until it is kept.
  • One location ($49/month, or $499/year): one business, one site with as many pages as it needs, hosting, unlimited edits, a print-ready QR code, analytics, and no branding badge.
  • Agency ($249/month): multiple locations under one account. Arranged by conversation, not bought from the site.
  • Retired plans: the Pro and Business plans are no longer sold. Subscriptions bought on them keep renewing on their original terms until cancelled.
  • Enterprise: custom volume, dedicated support, and security review. Contact us to book a call.
  • Credits: purchasable separately, expire 30 days after purchase. Used for AI editing and extra pages beyond plan limits.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content and Ownership

  • You own the websites generated through the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the listing data (photos, reviews, business details) displayed on your site.
  • Listing data is sourced from publicly available Google Maps listings.
  • We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Generate pages for apps you do not own or have authorization to promote.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI systems.
  • Use automated tools to mass-generate pages beyond normal use.
  • Resell the Service without authorization.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes when possible.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your websites will be unpublished and your data deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
