1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Entro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Entro is a SaaS platform that generates landing pages from App Store and Google Play listings using AI. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered landing page generation from app store URLs.
  • AI-powered page editing via natural language prompts.
  • Page hosting on Entro subdomains.
  • Custom domain connections (Pro plan).
  • Built-in analytics and SEO tools.
  • Version history and revision management.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans and Payments

  • Free plan: 1 landing page, standard AI model, Entro branding badge.
  • Pro plan ($9/month): 3 landing pages, best AI model, 500 AI editing credits, analytics, custom domains, no branding badge.
  • Credits: purchasable separately, expire 30 days after purchase. Used for AI editing and extra pages beyond plan limits.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content and Ownership

  • You own the landing pages generated through the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the app data (icons, screenshots, reviews) displayed on your pages.
  • App data is sourced from publicly available App Store and Google Play listings.
  • We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Generate pages for apps you do not own or have authorization to promote.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI systems.
  • Use automated tools to mass-generate pages beyond normal use.
  • Resell the Service without authorization.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes when possible.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your landing pages will be unpublished and your data deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
