Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and chargebacks are handled for Entro subscriptions. By starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using any paid features of Entro, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.

This Policy should be read together with our Cancellation Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Refunds

Because every eligible subscription includes a full free trial before any payment is collected, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the first successful charge.

We review every refund request individually. Refunds may be approved in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Duplicate charges.
  • Accidental multiple subscriptions.
  • Billing system errors.
  • Charges caused by a technical issue on Entro's side.
  • Circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal.
  • Partial use of a billing period.
  • Change of mind after payment.
  • Failure to use the Service.
  • Account inactivity.
  • Misunderstanding of features that were accurately described before purchase.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once at the beginning of each paid annual billing cycle following the free trial. Annual subscription payments are generally non-refundable after payment has been processed, except where required by applicable law or under the limited circumstances described in this Policy.

3. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Entro does not collect or store your complete payment card information. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method associated with your account.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact Entro Support before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve billing issues promptly.

If a chargeback is initiated, access to paid features may be temporarily suspended while the dispute is being investigated. Chargebacks determined to be fraudulent or abusive may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Entro after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
