Question 1

Can I turn my Google Maps listing into a website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paste your Google Maps link and Entro pulls your photos, reviews, hours and details into a real website in about a minute. Nothing else is required of you.

Question 2

Do I need any design or coding skills?

Accepted Answer

No. Paste your link, and Entro handles the writing, the layout and the design. If you want something changed, say it in plain words.

Question 3

What kinds of businesses does this work for?

Accepted Answer

Any business with a Google Maps listing: restaurants, cafés, shops, salons, clinics, services. If people can find you on the map, we can build your site.

Question 4

Do I need a Google Maps listing?

Accepted Answer

No. Most people start from one because it's the fastest way to a finished site. If you'd rather build it yourself, start from a blank site and use the full editor.

Question 5

I already have a website. Is this for me?

Accepted Answer

If your current site doesn't work well on a phone, is out of date, or hasn't been touched in years, then yes. We build a new one from your Google listing.

Question 6

Can I edit what the AI generates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Change hours, prices, photos and text any time. Or type what you want changed and it's done.

Question 7

What if I don't have a photo for something?

Accepted Answer

Generate one in the editor: a background, an illustration, a picture for a service. Your real photos always come first; generated images are for what you don't have. Every plan includes some each month: 5 on Starter, and fair use on Standard and Pro.

Question 8

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

No. Plans start at $19 a month, or $190 a year, and that covers the site, hosting and every edit. A domain is the one thing you buy yourself.

Question 9

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your site stays live until the end of your billing period, then it stops. We'll remind you before that happens.

Question 10

Is this an AI website builder?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but not the kind that invents your business. Entro is an AI website builder that starts from your Google Maps listing, so the photos, hours, address and reviews on your site are the real ones. What it writes is the wording around facts you already have.

Question 11

Do you make anything up?

Accepted Answer

No. Hours, address, phone and reviews come from your Google listing. Photos are yours. If we don't have something, we leave it out.
