1. Information We Collect
When you use Entro, we collect the following information:
- Account information: email address, name, and password when you create an account.
- OAuth data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture.
- App store data: when you paste an app URL, we fetch publicly available information (app name, icon, screenshots, reviews) from Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Generated content: the landing pages we generate and any edits you make.
- Analytics data: page views, badge clicks, referrers, countries, and device types for your published landing pages. We hash IP addresses with SHA-256 for privacy.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store credit card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and host your landing pages.
- To provide AI-powered editing features.
- To display analytics for your published pages.
- To manage your account and subscriptions.
- To send important service updates (no marketing emails without consent).
- To improve our service and fix issues.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Generated landing pages are stored as HTML in our database. Images are stored on our CDN (MinIO/S3-compatible storage).
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- AI generation: Anthropic (Claude) for page generation and editing. Your app data is sent to their API for processing.
- Authentication: Google OAuth for social login.
- App data: Apple iTunes API and Google Play for fetching app information.
5. Your Rights
You can:
- Access and export your data at any time.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Unpublish or delete any landing page.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics for your landing pages use hashed IP addresses, not cookies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data (landing pages, analytics, revisions) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
